Stop buying shared leads. Own a territory.
We find the homes in your territory that need your trade, send the owner a plan with your name on it, and hand you the consult when they ask for one. One pro per trade, per territory.

Not another lead marketplace.
| Typical lead marketplace | Matador Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Who else gets it | Often several competing pros | Only you, in your trade and territory |
| How you pay | Per lead, whether it closes or not | One flat monthly fee. Never a cut of the job. |
| Where it starts | A form fill from someone shopping on price | An owner who opened a plan with your name and a price range on it |
| What the owner sees | A list of contractors | One recommended pro per job |
| Who you're listed with | Anyone who pays | Top-rated, vetted pros only |
Drawn by homes, not ZIP codes.
A ZIP code can hold 15,000 homes or 1,500. A Matador territory is a set of whole neighborhoods with roughly the same number of homes that fit, so a dense area like South Forsyth gets cut into more pieces than a rural one.
| Trade | Forsyth pilot territories | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Exterior painting | North Forsyth, South Forsyth | Founding partners open |
| Pressure washing and windows | Three territories | Opening next |
| Lawn care and landscaping | Two territories | Opening next |
| Tree care, gutters | To be mapped | Planned |
Sized to the trade
Painting jobs come around every 8 to 10 years, so painting territories are bigger. Trades homes need more often get smaller territories.
Written into your agreement
Your territory is a named list of neighborhoods, so there's never a question about who owns which street.
Split only with you first
If a territory brings in more work than you can handle, we split it and you choose which half to keep.
Built to grow your business, not sell you clicks.

What pros ask us.
How do you know what a home needs?
Our Viewfinder technology looks at a home's exterior using street-level imagery and public property records like the year built and last sale. It flags visible needs in your trade, such as peeling paint or a stained driveway. We only use what can be seen from the street and what's in the public record.
Do I pay per lead?
No. You pay one flat monthly fee for your trade in your territory. We never take a percentage of your project.
Is my territory really exclusive?
Yes. One pro per trade per territory. We keep one vetted backup only for jobs you can't take, so the homeowner is never left waiting.
What happens when an owner asks for a consult?
We send you their request and introduce you. From that moment they're your customer, and our part is done.
How do you choose pros?
Ratings and reviews, licensing and insurance, time in business, and a conversation with you. Our name is on the plan too, so we only recommend pros we'd hire ourselves.
What's a founding partner?
One of the first pros in the Forsyth pilot. Founding partners get first pick of territories, pilot pricing, and a direct line into how we build the product.
See if your territory is open.
Send us a few details and we'll tell you which territories are open for your trade and what founding-partner pricing looks like. A real person reads every email.
